Montana's Missouri River is spectacular fishery. Both rainbow and brown trout thrive in the wild - for 34 miles there are nearly 4,000 trout per mile. They are quite large and strong. These fish provide anglers with a satisfying challenge. Experienced guides will help you find the best experience possible on the "Mighty Mo".

Fishing on the Missouri River is largely done from drift boats. Trout Shop guides use top-of-the-line Clackacraft and RO Drift Boats. For the most part, the Missouri River is a placid wading stream that resembles a large spring creek. Low-side drift boats are an ideal way to float and fish the river.

Wading is also an option, and access is as easy as it gets.
