ACKLINS ISLAND LODGE
Anglers traveling to the Acklins are in for a treat. Their extensive flats are loaded with bones! With over five lodges to choose from, Acklins Island Lodge sits on THE prime location of Acklins Island: a narrow neck of land which barely separates the mighty Atlantic on the East from the island's expansive fishing flats on the west which are known as The Bight of Acklins. The views from the lodge's strategically-built decks are spectacular. And the meals served here are excellent. But it is the fishing that shines the brightest! From this base anglers and their experienced guides utilize flat boats primarily as transportation to cover the miles and miles of flats and intercept endless schools of bones.
